Hey there, I’m Amy. I know your story.

Over the past two decades, I’ve been a founder, operator, C-suite executive, and board partner. I’ve built businesses from the ground up, led through pivots and scale, and carried the weight of decisions where there are no easy answers. I know firsthand how lonely leadership can feel — especially when growth outpaces systems, teams, or even the leaders themselves. 

Lauchpad Growth is a reflection of that lived experience. When the noise is loud, the stakes are high, and the path forward feels anything but obvious, having a seasoned operator and trusted thought partner can change everything.

Combining 20+ years leading people and running growth-stage businesses, with practical training as an Executive Coach and Facilitator,  I provide executive-level advisory and coaching to help ambitious leaders and teams achieve transformative growth for themselves and their organizations.
