I don’t have a linear career path. I started my career as a scrappy entrepreneur founding Canada’s first one-stop destination for maternal health and wellness. I’ve led M&A and investment initiatives at RBC Ventures, a division of the Royal Bank of Canada, and spent close to a decade at a market-leading loyalty software platform, advancing through senior leadership roles to CRO and eventually, CEO, where I led a multi-year business transformation.
Over 20+ years, I built and scaled complex operations, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and partnered closely with Boards, investors, employees, and external stakeholders to translate vision into measurable, enduring results.
I know first-hand the importance of strategic clarity, organizational alignment and relentless operating discipline in delivering extraordinary performance.
